  • Modelo 3D texturizado

Drone photogrammetry in the cloud, with no licence and no workstation

Upload the photographs of a drone flight from any computer and receive the orthophoto, the surface and terrain models, the point cloud and the 3D model. You pay a fixed price per photograph, shown before the run starts.

What you receive

  • A georeferenced orthophoto (orthomosaic)
  • A surface model (DSM) and a bare-earth terrain model (DTM)
  • Contour lines at an interval fitted to the site's relief
  • The point cloud, classified, in LAS and LAZ
  • A textured 3D model

What it costs

Basic: US$0.01 a photograph for a map, US$0.02 with the point cloud, the models and 3D. Premium, with every option on the fastest machines: from US$0.05 a photograph. A flight of 400 photographs with map and 3D costs US$8.00 on Basic.

There is no subscription: a month without flights costs nothing. Two runs each calendar month are free, for flights of up to 300 photographs, and a run that fails costs nothing.

How accurate it is

On a public benchmark flight (EuroSDR RPAS benchmark, targets surveyed by Newcastle University, CC BY 4.0), with 8 ground control points, the median error at 46 checkpoints held back from the solution was 1.7 cm. Accuracy on your own flight depends on its control, its camera and how it was flown; the accuracy page gives every figure with its conditions.

Ground control points and RTK positions are used when the flight has them, and a Premium run can report the error at your own checkpoints.

How it works

  • Create an account and choose the photographs; they are checked in your browser before anything is uploaded.
  • Choose the outputs and see the price for your own flight.
  • Start the run and follow its stages.
  • Look at the results in the browser, measure on them and download them.

Common questions

Do I need to install anything?

No. Uploading, processing and looking at the results all happen in the browser. The desktop application, ODMDisplay, is optional: it opens the whole point cloud on your own computer.

How long does a flight take?

It depends on the number of photographs and the detail you ask for. The estimate for each stage is shown before you start.

How do I pay?

In Chile, by card through Transbank. From anywhere else, with PayPal. Prices are in US dollars.

Can the processing run inside my company?

Yes. For organisations that have to process on their own machines, or whose data cannot leave the company, we install the same processing inside their network.
